The Colorado Institute of Bail Enforcement is part of the Praetorian Services Group Training Division. The Colorado Institute of Bail Enforcement is Colorado's leading, approved, Bail Recovery Agent Certification Course provider. We are also the only school in Colorado that goes above and beyond the basic Certification Course designed by the P.O.S.T Board by offering elective and ongoing training courses. The Colorado Institute of Bail Enforcement was established in 2003 by a small group of Recovery Agents tired of seeing so many newly certified Agents with no clue on how to do their job or what the laws are in regards to the industry. JP Sheets and his partners created a whole new curriculum based on the P.O.S.T Boards outline of required studies. This new course not only meets the State of Colorado's minimum requirement of studies, but stretches beyond that to include training in O.C. Spray, Basic Self-Defense, Handguns, Batons, Pressure Points, Skip-Tracing and much more. Additional training is offered by Praetorian Services Group's Training Division.
