Colorado Institute of Bail Enforcement was purchased by Echelon Training Group in July of 2011 and is no longer part of Praetorian Services Group, LLC. We are excited about our new ownership and affiliation with Echelon Training Group. We have posted the last half of the
2009 training schedule. We are offering more of our courses closer
together for the remainder of 2009. Continue to check back to look for

Website updates include new credit
card system for easier enrollments: We are currently updating our
website to make enrolling on our courses easier. Formerly, we used
PayPal to process all credit cards for online enrollments. Now, we use
a new merchant system know as PayJunction that allows not only easy,
streamlined enrollments online...but also in person and over the phone.
PayPal will still be an option for those that prefer to use it by clicking
on the 'Pay With PayPal' link next to each course.

The Colorado Institute of Bail
Enforcement gets a new training center in Denver, Colorado: That's
right! We have just moved into our new training center in Denver.
With nearly 2,00 square feet of classrooms and training areas, the Colorado
Institute of Bail Enforcement and the Praetorian Services Group Training
Division is maintaining it's role as Colorado's leading course provider.
The new address is 565 East 70th Ave, Unit 8-W, Denver, Colorado, 80229.
We will be keeping our main office as a new field office and possible
satellite classroom for our courses. All courses will be held at the
new training center unless otherwise notified. For more

Bail Recovery Agent
Industry Open House: We are very excited about the upcoming
open house hosted at our Denver office. This open house is for anyone
that has thought about becoming a Certified Bail Recovery Agent, for
Certified Bail Recovery Agents and their friends and family.

will be on site to answer questions about their products.

December 6th to 7th
Certification Course Scheduled: We have rescheduled the last
Colorado Bail Recovery Agent Certification Course for December 6th to 7th.
This will be the final Colorado Bail Recovery Agent Certification Course of
2008. We estimate that the next course will be scheduled for late
January 2009 and will be a weekend course.
There are limited seats
available for the December 6th to 7th course. |

11th to 12th Course Cancelled: Due to unfortunate circumstances the
October 11th to 12th Colorado Bail Recovery Agent Certification Course has
been cancelled. Unforeseen circumstances have made us change this
course date. At this time we do not know when we will reschedule it.
All other courses are on schedule as planned. The next Colorado Bail
Recovery Agent Certification Course is scheduled for November 1st to
November 2nd. We sincerely apologize for

OPEN HOUSE & ALUMNI PARTY
SCHEDULED: The 1st
time ever, the Colorado Institute of Bail Enforcement & Praetorian Services
Group are hosting an Open House and Alumni Party in Downtown Denver.
This event is open to anyone that has ever been interested in the bail
recovery industry or that works in the security and protection industry.
All alumni are welcome to come and see the changes first hand that the
Colorado Institute of Bail Enforcement and Praetorian Services Group are
making. There will be snacks, drinks and music. Meet the
instructors and agents of both companies, see the courses being offered in
2009 and get a sneak preview of some "Top Secret" courses still in

4 NIGHT BAIL RECOVERY COURSE:
The Colorado Institute of Bail Enforcement just scheduled it's 4
night Bail Recovery Agent Certification Course for September 15th to
September 18th. The class times are 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm each night.
This class is great for those that can't make the weekend courses.
This course still offers the same great training that is offered in the
weekend course. |

PRICE CHANGES: The
Colorado Institute of Bail Enforcement has announced that they will be
changing the prices on all their course starting January 1st, 2008.
Some course prices will be raised and others will be lowered. The
reason for the changes are simple, better quality training by more qualified
instructors. With the new ownership [Praetorian Services Group, LLC]
no in place, the owner and director, J.P. Sheets announced that he will
strive to offer the best and most comprehensive training in Colorado in all
areas of private security, investigations and bail recovery. He
assures his Alumni and future students that the quality of training will
still exceed the value of the class. |

CCW Course Offered:
With the new change in ownership of the Colorado Institute of Bail
Enforcement comes a long awaited course offering, the Colorado CCW Training
Course. Praetorian Services Group, LLC., the new owner, has scheduled
its first CCW Training Course instructed by a N.R.A Certified Instructor and
a C.L.E.F.A Certified Instructor. This course is believed to be more
comprehensive than the average course offered by similar companies. |

New Ownership: The
Colorado Institute of Bail Enforcement has been officially integrated into
the training division of Praetorian Services Group, LLC., a national
security, bodyguard and consultant firm. J.P. Sheets, owner of P.S.G,
LLC. promises that the new structure and ownership will bring more courses
and better training to security officers, bail agents, P.I.'s and other
civilians interested in this line of work.
